I'm still learning to use this watch to its full potential, but it's been great fun so far and a real motivation to get running again.
GPS
I've not had to wait more than a minute for the watch to pick up the satellite at the start of a run, and it very rarely loses signal. Even when I've been running through heavily wooded areas and the tall buildings around central London. And as you'd expect, the readings seem absolutely accurate.
HRM
The heart rate monitor is standard, as far as I can tell, and very easy to use. I haven't tried to enter my optimum zones yet, or anything advanced like that, but it looks like all that technical stuff is definitely possible.

This is the best part of the product for me - you get a full suite of info about your session, in as much or as little detail as you like - down to your exact heart rate and speed at any given moment (if you're interested). The mapping is outstanding, using Google...
