- Works well but...
I've had this watch for about 8 months. I say this watch, I've had 3 now. The 2 previous ones worked fine, the problem being the watch strap as it snapped in the exact same place when putting it on. The first one lasted about 5 months but the second less than 3 weeks. The watch strap cannot be replaced due to the design so I've sent them back and they have been replaced but it is a hassle.

I'm female so maybe it's that they are designed for men's (larger) wrists? Having said that I wouldn't say that my wrists are tiny.
- Good but...
When it works it's very good, providing me with the exact details I require: workout duration, average heart rate, maximum heart rate attained, calories burned (but how does it work this out?) and amount of time spent in the recommended heart rate range.

However, this is my second monitor: the first was working well for a few weeks until suddenly it first started forgetting the time and date, and then, worst of all, losing my workout data. To Amazon's credit though, the monitor was replaced quickly and efficiently.

A previous reviewer mentioned that the wrist strap broke: it is made of quite stiff plastic, so I can see how this could easily happen, and therefore I'm being ultra careful with it.

As long as this new one keeps working though, I'll be very happy with it...
