I cannot say enough about these fabulous watches. Anyone into fitness training would be mad not to get one as it gives you goals, breaks down when you need to work and how hard, lets you know when to pick up the pace and tells you how long you need to fully recover.

It has been an excellent buy and has given the new owner the drive to get out there and train. The contrast on this particular version of the M5 is very bad. I had to return it because I couldn't see anything on the screen.
