Simple addition of key to your iPhone enables the heart rate monitor to be used. I use it on my iPhone 4s and it works a treat. Only downside is that any of the apps to use with your training programme don't allow manual input for gym sessions so you can only use it in conjunction with your GPS to get your proper training zones.
- Don't do kettlebell snatches without it now.
A great bit of kit were I can do high repetition kettlebell snatches and see on my Iphone why I feel the way I do. This helps me to dig deeper. Also interesting to see improvements in heart rate.
